All successful participants, both grant/scholarship recipients and those attending on their own funds, are required to pay the registration fee to secure their seats.
Please upload the proof of payment in this form. The proof should contain information about the sender, the recipient, and the amount paid.
Please note that it will take 2-4 working days to send you the confirmation of registration.
NAAMII reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine and process any refund in the event of a cancellation.

Please note that personal money transfer applications or services (such as PayPal/Xoom, Wise personal accounts, or similar platforms) cannot be used to remit payments to business or institutional accounts in Nepal.

To ensure that your payment is processed correctly, you are required to make a direct bank transfer to NAAMII’s official bank account. This generally involves:

Using a SWIFT transfer from your bank (if sending from outside Nepal).
Providing the institution’s complete banking details, including the bank name, branch, SWIFT/BIC code, and account number (provided above).
Including appropriate reference information (e.g., the participant’s full name) in the payment note for proper verification.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays or unsuccessful transactions.

The registration fee includes access to all 10 days of lectures and lab sessions, the organized hiking activities, as well as lunch and light refreshments during tea breaks.

Call for Poster Presentations

Interested attendees are invited to submit their work for review. Submissions will be evaluated by the review committee, and accepted presenters will have the opportunity to display their research during the Poster Presentation Session, followed by interactive discussions.

The Sixth Edition of the Annual Nepal AI School (ANAIS) is now accepting applications!

All participants are required to attend onsite.
Women and minority groups are highly encouraged to apply.
Limited scholarship seats are available only for full-time students who are not currently working in the industry.
