Dr. Raunak Shrestha is a Bioinformatics Post-doctoral Research Scholar at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He is also an Adjunct Research Scientist at NAAMII where he is leading a Bioinformatics team. His main interest lies in studying how complex patterns of high-throughput biology (-omics) data can be integrated and analyzed together to associate genotypes-to-phenotypes in clinical context. His research focuses on understanding molecular mechanisms of treatment-resistant prostate cancer through computational and statistical analysis of genomic data.
